TERMS OF SERVICE

The following Terms of Service ("TOS," "Terms", or "Agreement") apply to your use of our website and all services, features, and/or content provided by HDGN. You must read this TOS before registering or donating to any service(s) from HDGN. By donating one or more services from HDGN, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this TOS. The latest version of our TOS is always available on the HDGN website.

 

ACCOUNT AGREEMENT

By registering in HDGN, you agree to the following:

  • All information about your account(s) is a property of HDGN.

  • Players must take drastic measures to protect their accounts. We are NOT responsible for the security of your account name and password. This means never login your account(s) and password information to a non-HDGN website. Please DO NOT give away your login information; the moment you give away your login information or personal information, you give away all the items you have, including the account itself. Infraction of this rule is done at your own risk.

  • Any problems arising from sharing your account(s), passwords, or personal information in any Internet café or other actions are the sole responsibility of the registered user of the account. We will not take responsibility nor provide any support with whatever issues may occur to your account.

  • DO NOT login to any of the user's accounts. Once you do, your computer hardware number will be registered to that user's account. In case of any account and/or hardware ban, your computer will also be banned even if your account is not banned. To access your account, you will need to use a new PC. This rule applies to any Internet café, school, or library-owned computer.

  • We will NOT support users using hidden IP, a proxy, or any 3rd party programs.

  • The maximum number of possible connected accounts is five at the time, and the maximum number of allowed accounts to use is 10; abusive farming (leaving off-level of off-trade more than ten accounts online is not allowed and will be banned.

  • By becoming a member of HDGN, you are subscribing to the server newsletter, which will be sent out monthly.

  • Names (Character Names / IGN (In-Game Names) and Guilds must not contain Administrator and Guild Master Nicknames.

  • You may not impersonate or present yourself to be a representative of the server management or staff. You will be banned permanently if caught posing as an Admin or GM.

ACCOUNT AND ITEMS BUY, SELL, AND TRADE

  • Buying, selling, and trading accounts and items for real money or to any other gaming servers that do not affiliate with HDGN is strictly PROHIBITED.

All HDGN accounts, items, and any HDGN related are the property of the server owner.

Any selling for real money is not allowed and will result in a ban for both seller and buyer.

SERVER DONATIONS AND REFUNDS

The coins rewards can be used in purchasing items in the HDGN game shop, Premium Status features, and any services available for the account user.

HDGN Administrator(s) and GM(s) will NOT be held responsible for any lost/disappeared/missing/stolen items. Whatever the cause, we will NEVER refund or give back any lost items. (This also includes Donations, Items, Seals, Coins, Characters, Levels, Premium status, etc.).

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

HDGN management does not issue refunds for digital products and services once the order is submitted.

We recommend contacting us if you experience issues receiving or using our products.

BY MAKING A DONATION TO OUR PROJECT, YOU AGREE THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

IF YOU SUBMIT ANY DONATIONS, YOU AGREE NOT TO DISPUTE OR ASK FOR A PARTIAL REFUND OR A FULL REFUND.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE ABOVE, DO NOT SUBMIT ANY DONATIONS TO THE SERVER.

HACKING, CHEATING, AND SCAMMING

  • Any hacks or cheats that can compromise the HDGN game server, community chat, files, clients, and patches will result in a permanent IP address, computer hardware, and account ban.

  • Any auto farm is prohibited; caught players will be jailed and may be banned.

  • Abusing server bugs, coin harvesters, Ranking Abusers, or any cheating will receive a permanent account ban.

  • Scamming involving buying, selling, trading, off-trade, etc., to any users or members will result in a permanent account ban.

 

ADVERTISING

Any referral of L2-related or non-related HDGN sites is not to be discussed on either community support (Facebook, Forum, and Discord) or in-game. This includes Advertising or mentioning other L2 server(s) and forums or online gaming advertisements, including rankings that do not affiliate with HDGN server(s).

Remember that if someone invited you to another L2 server and acknowledged this person without reporting the incident, you will also get banned permanently for assisting a rule breaker.

Advertising non-gaming servers will result in being banned permanently:

Referrals to non-gaming related sites are not to be discussed on either community support (Facebook, Forum, Discord) or in-game. This includes advertising or mentioning other websites containing adult content, shopping advertisements, etc.

ACCESSORY OF THE FACT

Anyone who dares to assist any person or players on either community support (Facebook, Forum, and Discord) who breaks the rules will also be given a permanent ban.

For example, if you assist someone selling items for real currency and gets caught or reported, they will be permanently banned without warning. Assisting by saying, "Bro, you got reported on the forum, so I suggest you move your items to a new account". You will be permanently banned if you say that to a rule breaker.

 

RESPECT THE SERVER AND STAFF

  • Personal negative attacks on the Server and its staff will not be tolerated. The kinds of punishment for disrespecting the staff are Character Ban, Account Ban, and I.P. Address Ban (Permanent).

  • Anyone who dares to challenge a staff's final decision will not be tolerated. Your community support (Facebook, Forum, and Discord) and in-game account(s) will be banned permanently.

  • The staff has the supreme authority to lock and/or delete any posts or threads they deem irrelevant or frivolous at their discretion.

  • Public discussions of staff actions are not allowed on the community support (Facebook, Forum, and Discord). It is prohibited to protest staff actions in titles, avatars, signatures, the chat box, and in-game /post or /post.

  • The staff has the FINAL say in any disputes. (There shouldn't be any reason for you to keep posting such matters that are already decided.)

  • The staff has the right to suspend/block characters or account(s) to any gamers for investigation as a precaution. Remember, we will not ban players without reason.

  • Staff have the right to, without question, violate any rules they deem necessary for the benefit of the community.

  • If an Admin or GM (Guild Master) decides, your suspension or ban is no longer a discussion.

 
FREE PLAY SERVER

This is a FREE PLAY private server. We do things differently than any other server(s). Please feel free to leave if you despise the game, settings, and/or the staff.

The interpretation of these rules is solemnly up to the administrator or the owner of HDGN, and these rules can change at any time without prior notice. Since rules can change, we cannot guarantee that any precedent you may find still applies, so to be on the safe side or if you're unsure about what constitutes a breach of a rule.
